Who we are
Kostiantyn Rebenko runs Broxbe as an individual and acts as data controller for this site until a company is formed. Questions about your data: kostiantyn@broxbe.com.
What we collect
If you ask for early access, your own email app sends us a message with your email address, the tool you picked and your consent. We don’t ask for any amount or any other detail. This site stores nothing you type. Our web host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (IP address, page address, time).
Why we collect it
Early-access emails: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Early-access emails are used only for launch news. Partner offers go only to people who opt in separately. Replies to your messages: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)). Giving us your email is voluntary. We make no automated decisions about you.
Who processes it
Our email provider, Google (Google Workspace), and our web host, Netlify, both acting on our instructions. Both may process your data in the US. Google LLC and Netlify, Inc. are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Server logs only as long as needed to keep the site secure.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, restrict how we use it, get a copy in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, or object. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, for example Portugal’s CNPD (cnpd.pt) or the authority where you live.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking pixels. Fonts load from our own server.
